We had these guys come in for diagnostics in March 2026 since our air conditioning wasn’t working. The guy who came for initial visit misdiagnosed the problem as capacitor being faulty, did the replacement and charged us $$$. When the air conditioning still didn’t work next day, we called again. They then came and told us that the whole unit was blown and needed to be replaced. They told us that they would refund us for misdiagnosis, and capacitor replacement if we got the HVAC system replaced through them. We didn’t trust their diagnosis because of their initial incompetence so went with another company. Since then we have called them repeatedly to get refund just for the part replacement, not diagnostic visit. They, however, refuse to respond to either our emails or phone messages. The second company we used offered us a better rate for a higher rated HVAC system than these guys. Based on our experience with them, I recommend you find another provider. It is ok to make a mistake, but to not take responsibility for the same and not refund the customer for something your staff misdiagnosed and charged for, especially when it is repeat customer is totally unacceptable in my view.
