Yoga Shala Carrboro is a magical place. Lyndsay creates a supportive and playful environment while somehow managing to meet each practitioner exactly where they are at. I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly twenty years, even teaching for some of that time. When I first stepped foot into Lyndsay’s studio eight years ago, I knew it was time to be a student again. I've practiced at several different yoga studios and nothing compares to the Yoga Shala Carrboro. It's a beautiful space to practice asana, but it's so much more than that. Practicing next to like-minded yogis who are looking for a deeper experience in a small community where you feel supported is such a privilege.
