“EDIT: they reached out shortly after I made the initial review, and they were able to re-clean the dress and remove the stains for free, which was great.
I had a few pieces dry cleaned last month, and on one of the dresses only half of the stain was removed. I contacted them multiple weeks ago, and never heard back. This is a fixable issue but their lack of communication is a problem.“

“These guys are awesome. I left my last cleaners (Whitestar/Regency on hillsborough) in Durham because the employee was consistently rude Rude rude. I complained to management more than once, but nothing was ever done about it so I left and came to prestige green cleaners. Today, I purchased a dress from Uniquities down the street for a discounted price due to a missing button. I took the dress in and within 3 minutes, the button was replaced at no charge, despite my repeated attempts to pay her. A lovely chapel hill institution that deserves to be cherished for years to come!“
