Ryan was amazingly helpful, so nice and professional. Glad to have this service. My only slight disappointment was the clothes were not folded. They were in their bags but all wrinkled when I got home. I had to fold them .

I come here every week to get my laundry done and Mrs B is the sweetest lady ever. Anytime I have a issue with a machine, she's there to get it fixed. Me and my family get about 4 baskets washed , dried, and folded in about a 1-2 hours max.

I wash and dry my clothes here at regency and the washers and dryers are pretty good, but some of the dryer's have a gum like film in them that left streaks on my shirts and a few pair of shorts. I left my brand new tee shirts with a lady who does the cleaning of the dryer's and washers and sweeps the floor. She said they would either get the gun out or pay me for my tee shirts. She took my name and phone number. I called back to see if they gotten my tee shirts and the lady said they were not responsible for any clothing.
