EDIT: they reached out shortly after I made the initial review, and they were able to re-clean the dress and remove the stains for free, which was great.
I had a few pieces dry cleaned last month, and on one of the dresses only half of the stain was removed. I contacted them multiple weeks ago, and never heard back. This is a fixable issue but their lack of communication is a problem.
Deluxe Cleaners is FANTASTIC. I called on a Saturday, asking if a Tuesday turn around time was possible for a pair of pants to be hemmed (I know, a little obnoxious, but my birthday was Thursday and I was leaving Wednesday morning for a trip.) At first they told me Tuesday evening might be a stretch, but they could have it ready for sure by Wednesday morning. I said it was fine, and dropped of my pants a little after 12 on Saturday. Kathy took my measurements in like five seconds flat, and was very sweet. She told me that the tailor had already spoken to her, and that I would have my pants Tuesday afternoon!
