I started taking taekwondo classes here in March of 2020 and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have lost weight, become much more flexible, and have completely enjoyed every minute. I wish I had started this years ago but I am thankful I have started now and and also very grateful to everyone at Taekwondo Burlington for making this such an amazing experience.
