Gracie Jiu Jitsu Burlington is a world class martial arts school. Their friendly coaching staff teaches valuable self defense techniques in a fun, safe environment. Whether you have experience in martial arts, or are a new-comer, I highly recommend becoming a member of the academy.

This gym is a family and the instruction is unparalleled. It is a very inclusive and patient environment with a fantastic kids program and respect for all is emphasized. You will not find a gym with more class offerings or better people. Veteran and women friendly and great for all levels of experience. Heavy focus on real self-defense techniques and an absolute mastery of the basics that work.

We are the only Gracie affiliated school in Burlington, NC The head instructor, Aitor "Spenser" Canup received his Black Belt from Royce Gracie in 2008 and continues to teach the Gracie Methodology. We are the best place to train in Alamance County and we will ensure you are learning proper jiu jitsu techniques when you train with us. We are located at 2322-A South Church Street, Burlington, NC 27215
