“I'm all the way in nash county. I called and asked if he could come look at my septic system because the county screwed up and my septic field was cut twice. I've been trying for over 2 years trying to get in this place it has been one thing after another. He doesn't even service this area but he came anyway. Not only did he tell me I needed a new system but he offered to do it for me. He said he knows it's not my fault and he would rather put a new system in then to fix the existing system. He told me if we just patch it, it's a matter of time before the whole system would fail. I'm so glad I got ahold of him. he was very professional and knowledgeable.
