Home Instead has given our family the peace of mind that we have needed. Not only do they have excellent customer service, but their compassion out weighs any we have seen from any other provider. The word "caring" is synonymous with Home Instead. They took the time to listen and took careful consideration when matching a care giver. The staff have been very patient and understanding through the struggles we have endured with the changes of family dynamics of mental health and Alzheimer's. Home Intead Agency provides a wide range of services for seniors who prefer to stay in their own homes. I have been very fortunate in the quality of services ranging from transportation, light cleaning, laundry, cooking & clean-up as well as companionship. I have been fortunate to be a part of this valuable community network throughout the years. As a result of their support & services, I have been able to remain in my own home without moving to an assisted living facility. I know some change(s)is unavoidable but Home Instead has minimized the impact of these changes. Their caregivers have been thoroughly vetted. Home Instead. I don't know what I would have done without their assistance. From the time I contacted Amber for information, she was in my court helping me navigate all of my options. She was able to assign me with an aid who supported both my Mom and me throughout what we thought would be her recovery, but we lost her after 6 weeks. Mom loved having her aid at her side and she helped her through her daily routine - getting ready for the day, breakfast, her PT and OT exercises, excursions to get out of the house. Amber was flexible in ramping up my time with help as Mom became more needy. My aid assisted me in many ways too. She was always understanding and supportive....read full review
