“I own a Donald Perry Building built in 1986 in Graham - almost 40 years ago. Donald Perry Construction is now a division of TOP Construction in Burlington. It's a fantastic building - very well built and problem-free, still almost as good as new. I had a few questions about preventative maintenance and wanted to get an idea what the rough replacement cost would be since I was updating my insurance policy. So I called TOP Construction where I was able to speak with the owner, Doug Uhler. He was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions even though I wasn't looking to build a new building and my building was built long before he became the owner of the company. Anyway, I thought I'd give him and his company a shout out here. If I were in the market for a new commercial building, I wouldn't hesitate to hire TOP Construction to build it.“
