After having so many bad experiences with my last provider Dr Bender. I finally saw a new provider Dr Cronk, she was amazing, took her time, very thorough and sweet. I highly recommend Dr Cronk, she truly cares and connects with the patient. Also, huge shout out to Medical Assistant Alex for always going above and beyond, he is so kind and attentive. Shout out to the lab girl today, not sure her name sorry but she was amazing. Todays experience makes up for all the bad experiences at this clinic.

I had an issue with a white blond woman at pharmacy Tuesday, she was speaking loudly and repeatedly said my personal information out loud, which made me very uncomfortable. The patient behind me could easily hear everything. That is a clear lack of respect for patient privacy. On top of that, her attitude was very dismissive, and her facial expressions made it obvious she didn't want to be there or assist customers. If she doesn't like her job, she should consider a different one, because the way she treated me was completely unprofessional.
