I just moved to Burlington North Carolina. And had an issue that I needed to see a doctor. So I tried NextCare urgent Care. I must say it was so easy to get an appointment and be seen. The staff was incredibly professional courteous and concerned. I definitely would recommend anyone using their facility.
I received exceptional service by Dr. Jennifer and her Crystal. They were both very attentive, patient, friendly and focused on providing the best care for my foot. Not knowing that my toes were in need of stitches until they assessed the situation. They were unbothered by the remaining guest needing service and stayed focused on my needs.The receptionist was very helpful in guiding me through the automated check in and kept a smile on her face the entire time.
