I would like to start of by saying I'm a first time customer and now a lifetime customer.
I had a lighting strike only feet from the house , destroyed 3 trees from it , after the rain stopped and I started to check why half the house is not working , found meter head exploded and 3/4s of the breakers in the house tripped . One by one turning them back on to only realize ac system not working and others , but called duke and Alford mechanical , they were nice on the phone and scheduled someone that day within 2hrs of my call on a Friday. Technician Oscar called be 30 mins before arriving . he was on time, nice and went to it , wasting no time found and fixed the issue with in a very short time . I was imagining the worst as we all know those ppl are out there . NO NO NO not Oscar and there rates are amazing , so I would like to say thank you to Alford mechanical and especially to Oscar job well done , you now have a customer for life . You turn a bad situation into a great experience in the time of need .
