Pete and his team replace my electrical panel and the pole outside and the electrical box today. They were all friendly, professional and extremely dog friendly which is important to me. I would definitely recommend them.

Amanda is THE VERY BEST. My former hair stylist messed up my color and highlights more than once. Amanda took time and looked my hair over really good to see any damage before starting highlights. She really listened and cared about what my former hair stylist did to me and cared about fixing it to make it what I wanted.

carpet arrived pretty quick. the guys installed it did a great job. helped with furniture and cleaned up pretty good. I will be getting more carpet from this co. in the future.
We did the 90 minute soak and it was WONDERFUL! The weather was just perfect. Check-in was easy, didn’t even have to talk to anyone :) We got the package with champagne and bath salts and it was so relaxing. Will definitely be back!

These guys did a great job removing wallpaper and painting three of our bathrooms. I give them three stars and not five because they busted a pipe in the primary bathroom, which flooded the floor and leaked through two ceilings all the way to the basement. (We have old pipes in this historic property at Prospect Hill on Main in Waynesville). For this reason, I would *not* recommend using them for an older property that needs extra care. Oh- and when I called them about the flooding, the guy said, “What do you want me to do about it?” So some people working there could stand some customer service training. Anyway, this was over two months ago, and we have just finished re-renovating (if that is even a word!). On a positive note, the company is set up with good insurance that was able to pay for the damage. Thai ugh a headache to deal with all of this, the guys working on site were friendly and hardworking, and after a long process of dealing with insurance and cleanup, we got the job done.

The sole proprietor therapist is well experienced and managed to find each of those stress points in my back, neck, and shoulders, and render them stress-free in short order. She uses a variety of techniques and is quite expert in each method. I have recommended her services to several friends and even encouraged my wife to make an appointment. She did, and was well satisfied.

We spoke with co-owner, Tina who set our timely appointment and provided us with an instant price quote based upon our estimated measurements.On the appointment morning, owners Tina and Roger arrived on time, walked through the rooms with us and assured us the price quoted over the phone would not change.As a team, both Roger and Tina worked together diligently and completed their work in a timely manner. We were amazed with the results. Maddie was phenomenal!! I had to take my daughter to get her hair repaired after her little cousins threw Bunchem’s in her hair (terrible toys that are worse than burrs) and created a pretty large knot. I knew it was pretty bad but didn’t anticipate it to be as bad as it turned out to be. Maddie was extremely patient and kind as she worked on my daughter’s hair for SIX hours, yes, six! She didn’t complain but was so diligent and thorough while being considerate of my daughter’s emotional and physical feelings. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have taken her to. Although, I will say that the owner, Greg, was of great help as well. After she was finally able to work the knot out (with some cutting of hair) she gave my daughter a great haircut to blend it all in. I would recommend Maddie to absolutely everyone. She was so sweet and amazing to us and I hope everyone decides to go to her for their salon needs!
I just want to thank the folks at R&G! My washer had died on me, they didn’t act like I had to buy a new washer . They actually talked me through what was going on and found that the repair was going to be out of my budget and maybe not even worth it. They directed me to an affordable used appliance shop over in Andrews that they had heard good things about. We need more folks like this in a world that everyone want to take advantage of others and financial hardship is too common! THANK YOU!!
Elizabeth groomed our our large Akita/ Shepherd mix. her deshedding technique worked wonders. Teller's coat is luxurious. He is a dog that has suffered separation anxiety. He showed no signs of anxiety when I picked him up! I'm giving Elizabeth the credit.
There isn't enough space and there aren't enough words to express how much we appreciate Greg, his knowledge, his leadership, and his professionalism. Our build was extremely difficult... Two years difficult. We experienced every possible curveball (due to the SIP panel home, not due to Greg or his subs), but Greg hung in with us, kept us on track, and was a pleasure to work with. He advocated for us when necessary (very rarely, Greg has excellent relationships with folks), advised us constantly (our first build), and helped us with the best investment of our lives. We look forward to future projects and ongoing friendship with him. If you're looking to build in WNC, look no further. Everyone who knows Greg will tell you the same.
