We called ColorTech here in Bryson City to have our carpets cleaned. We spoke with co-owner, Tina who set our timely appointment and provided us with an instant price quote based upon our estimated measurements.On the appointment morning, owners Tina and Roger arrived on time, walked through the rooms with us and assured us the price quoted over the phone would not change.As a team, both Roger and Tina worked together diligently and completed their work in a timely manner. Called and inquired on price and their cleaning method.Made appointment a few days later and they arrived on time.The husband and wife team were thorough and professional.The house had been empty for some time and the carpeting needed a refresher. Now looks as good as new with a pleasant scent.They honored the price quoted over the phone which was very reasonable.At this rate I can afford to have them come back yearly.Very satisfied.
