I'm just wondering if I could get a 5 hour massage. I swear that Mary got kinks out of the system that I didn't know existed. What a great experience, and the results are lasting. I also got to meet the owner and was impressed with her easy going personality that matched her focus for her business. I LOVE that they include the tip in the price to keep me from worrying that I did it wrong. There's not enough money in my account to pay a tip that Mary deserved. FANTASTIC. I can definitely tell the difference between our treated yard and some of our neighbors’ untreated yards. As a family with young kids, we spend a lot of time outside so I am grateful that we can continue to do that without being covered in bites or slathered in chemicals. The technician is always very friendly as well!
I had Arbor Zen install oak flooring throughout my home. They did an outstanding job. They worked with us throughout the entire project. At the completion of the project the floors looked amazing. Everything was professional done and on schedule. Their installers were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I do not make it a practice to order something as personal as a guitar sight unseen. I am picky, and like to compare many guitars when making a purchase.Trying to find a 00 28 slothead these days is very difficult unless one goes with some of the custom shop options, so I was excited, but a bit apprehensive when I found one on line at Acoustic Corner. David spent a lot of time describing the instrument, and even sent me videos of himself playing the guitar. His friendly, knowledgable attitude helped, and I never felt like he was pushing the hard-sell pressure on me.Acoustic instruments are delicate and shipping one half way across the country was also a worry.Well it turned out that I really had no reason for these concerns. The guitar arrived with the best, most intense level of packing care I have ever seen - both inside the big packing box, and extending even inside the guitar case. When I pulled the guitar from its paper, cardboard, foam, and padded cocoon, it was better than described... it was still in tune (well the G was slightly flat!). I have owned several Martin's but never a small 12 fret. This instrument has an enchanting voice that I feel like will be a magic friend of my finger picking world for a long time - one of those life time guitars. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to Ashley and David for your excellence, patience, and professionalism with this purchasing experience. If I ever go to your neck of the woods I will stop in and say thanks in person!
As inexpensive haircuts go these are the best. Nice place right in the middle of Black Mountain, go relax and get your hairs cut.
Kate did a beautiful job of cutting a new bridge for my violin a number of years ago, and it is still going strong! My violin is somewhat old, and the back was coming loose. I am a repeat client of Charlotte. It is well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive for her expertise. I have utilized both the bodywork and the cranial/sacral services and the results from both were truly life enhancing. For years I struggled with digestion issues and Charlotte was able to work on the scar tissues - I haven’t had a problem since! Neurologically - the cranial sacral therapy unblocked pathways - and I benefitted with healing mentally (it is not a quick fix). Charlotte is 100% professional and her expertise sets the bar high.

Don't let the outside of the building fool you. It looks like a 1950's "curl & chat." There is some real hidden talent inside. Monica Gardner is amazing with hair. She does great cuts, but her talent really shines with color. She's so affordable it's almost absurd.

I took two classes here while on Spring Break and all I can say is WOW! The space is absolutely beautiful and both classes were fantastic. I took the 7 am classes flow to yin and a power flow, both teachers gave clear instructions and the energy was great. The heat is nice, not too hot and both classes were challenging and slow enough to feel every pose. I will definitely be back when visiting Black Mountain.

Great folks! They go beyond just renting. They have shared great advice on renovation projects I’ve worked on that have helped a lot. They’ve also given me a discount when I was doing a project at my church. Definitely a community minded good neighbors!
It was my first time and I enjoyed it, came right in and got taken care of. The whole process took an hour but I had to pay cash bc if you pay with card they do issue a fee!
So I wanted to get a small stove for my workshop. Got a couple quotes and Bob's was about 40% lower. Had to admit was a bit leery from reading the reviews but he seemed honest and upfront. Also very knowledgeable. They did the install, extremely professional, was amused as they are touching up the paint when its a shop stove. Waited till after a good rain to ensure no leaks.
