Travis & Grayson were phenomenal! Their attention to detail and excellent service definitely sets them apart from the other companies we considered. We are very happy with our floors. They are beautiful.

This is a long overdue review. None-the-less it bears repeating that arbor zen and Grayson are true professionals in every way. Grayson agreed to remedy a newly installed floor which had been finished in a less than desirable way. Disappointed we contacted Grayson for his opinion. He got to work and turned lemons into sweet lemonade. Our floors are just spectacular and in every way he was in charge of the process. Such oversight and pride in their work is sadly uncommon these days. But rest assured, you’ll get both with arbor zen.

I have served with Grayson on a professional association committee and he is experienced, hard working and kind. He gives back to his community and also brings great feedback and ideas to our meetings. His character is important to his continued success.
