The only feedback I’d offer is regarding the handoff to the optical team. When specialty lenses were recommended, I would have preferred a straightforward discussion of pricing rather than a detailed sales-style presentation first. It’s not about cost — just a preference for transparency and efficiency.

There was also a young man there helping another customer and another young lady ( Mel). All three were very knowledgeable and helpful.

“I just want to give a shout out to Breanna and Octavia not only do they go above and Beyond for their patients they also know you by name. My only down fall is was when Breanna and Octavia is not there no one knows what is going on. There are other people in the office and it’s like I’m a new patient every time I came in about my glasses.when they are not in. I kept being told I will leave a message for Breanna but she never gets the message which required me to make several visits to the site. Now Ms Octavia she has such a beautiful spirit she not only makes you feel VIP she greats you with a smile and takes the time to ask you how are you today. And she knows how to do glasses. Keep these ladies and your site will get all of my family business. And do very well . I keep tell people to ask for them when they go. Knowing some by name and face goes a long way especially when you a returning customer. Breanna again I am so sorry of the passing of your Mother you will continue to be in my prayers.

“I really liked the optometrist here. The wait was a little longer than I would have liked, but they do take same day appointments and have walk ins, so I can’t complain too much. They were friendly and seemed to do a good job. They also have a separate door so you don’t even have to go into Walmart if you don’t want to (I hate Walmart)! It was about $120 for an eye exam without vision insurance. I’m probably going to try to go to Costco next time since it’s cheaper, but you can’t beat the convenience of this place for a reasonable price.“
