I went to Staton Optical today and this was the greatest experience I’ve ever had! The service was fast, efficient and the staff were very friendly, and helpful! I can’t wait to sport my new frames I am getting from them!
Update!!! Unfortunately, I still would never recommend My Eye Lab. But, Stanton Optical , run not walk there! They have replaced My Eye Lab not only by name but with customer service and knowledge of their products! Robert and David made my day! The eye exam and picking out glasses was actually enjoyable! Stanton Optical also corrected a mistake made by My Eye Lab on both of my glasses. Affordability, Great Customer Service, and Nice selection of glasses, run not walk there! Please tell them Newby sent ya!
This was my first time at Stanton Optical Rivergate and Ronni was truly amazing! She is personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She made my eye exam so efficient and I left there feeling great about my entire experience. I have been recommending this location since my appointment.Also, the entire experience is hybrid which is really cool. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and the prescription I received was definitely what I needed.
