This is the 2nd time I called them 1st was for a plumbing repair issue after being told they would come out the next day to do the repair then they changed it to 2 weeks. Now this time we had them install a NEW HVAC unit all parts were replaced and the service at the time was stellar. So now I called them again because they installed the HVAC system now they tell me it will be a week before they can get to it. So had to call another company and guess what they are coming today! I would NOT recommend Dad's to anyone and plan on filing a complaint with the State Consumer protection agency fot the State of North Carolina.
