“Upon arrival, I explained to the associate (James) that the item I purchased (standard Litter Genie refill) was very difficult to find anywhere. I was only able to purchase 1 via the Petco app at this store and no other store in the area had the item at all. Could not find the item through other vendors in a 50 mile radius and also not available through Amazon. James took the time to check the computer and saw that he was able to place an order for some to be shipped to my home and those items were in stock at the main warehouse (I guess that's how it works). We discussed ordering several since it appears they may be discontinuing (?) or just hard to find. He also mentioned upgrading to the newer model of Litter Genie and to come and see him when I was ready and he would assist with that process. James was so very helpful and for sure went above and beyond just giving me my pick up order. Thank you so, so much!!!!!“

As you can see, Pippin was invited to feel right at home, and spent most of her time running around with her tail straight up, purring like a maniac because she was so pleased to be in this Cat Paradise of a vets office!
