Upon arrival, I explained to the associate (James) that the item I purchased (standard Litter Genie refill) was very difficult to find anywhere. I was only able to purchase 1 via the Petco app at this store and no other store in the area had the item at all. Could not find the item through other vendors in a 50 mile radius and also not available through Amazon. James took the time to check the computer and saw that he was able to place an order for some to be shipped to my home and those items were in stock at the main warehouse (I guess that's how it works). Laura and Kim are the safest, kindest groomers you will ever meet. They have years upon years of experience and provide a safe loving environment for all their grooming clients! Asheville, be nice to these groomers because there aren't many out there that care as much as these two do! ❤️
