“James is a very warm and passionate trainer who truly pays attention to details. On the very first day he met our dog Rocky, he took the time to understand our whole family situation and carefully noted everything, so he could design a training plan tailored specifically to us. Since we have a young child at home, he even included a separate session for our kid to learn how to interact with dogs safely, which we really appreciated.

What impressed me the most is that he’s not just trying to train the dog. He’s constantly observing, adjusting, and problem solving based on real-life situations as they come up. His approach feels very personalized and practical. He also records key parts of the training sessions so we can revisit them anytime, which is incredibly helpful.
