Had the rack and pinion replaced as well as the power steering pump replaced as well as the cv joint on the passenger side. The day after we get it back the wheel bearings on the passenger side fall out and it is leaking power steering fluid like crazy. Took a while but we got it to another shop to replace bearings and fix the leaks the rack and pinion is still leaking the Firestone says the bolts on the power steering pump are so damaged that they will not touch it. Not real happy about this.

Our windshield wipers quit working on Monday, he said it was the motor and that he could fix it, we paid him $100 to order the part, then $200 more for labor, but he did not fix the problem. They just make a buzzing noise and stop in the middle now, he said just hit them and they will start working, but they don’t. Be very cautious using his service because he doesn’t know how to fix the problem.

He came out and gave an estimate. We were going to go with him and then decided to cancel ans go with someone else due to timing. I gave him money for the diagnostic and parts and when I requested a refund he only gave me back money for parts. He owed me 145 and only gave me 135!! He also cracked my doghouse. There is a huge crack in it after he took it off to look at the engine ans he completely denied it. Either he is lying or he didn't even notice which would be pretty careless and doesn't seem possible considering making a crack this big would have made an obvious sound. Also he wanted to charge 700$ for a tuneup which is 200 higher than multiple other people I have had price it out.

We came to Asheville from out of town. My car had issues. We called and he was able to meet us in minutes. He was able to find the issue and even fixed stuff that I didn’t even know was wrong. He was friendly and absolutely amazing. He got us the best part on prices and his prices were super reasonable! If I ever have car problems in Asheville again I know exactly who to call

I was looking for a new mechanic ran into Chris he went above and beyond had a bad alternator he made sure it was my alternator come to find out I needed a battery also he is reasonable priced.

I was in vacation in Maggie Valley. My truck messed up from the spark plugs. And I found this mobile mechanic by chance. Let me Me tell The gentleman That helped me went above. And beyond to help me with my problem. He waited. For me for like 45 minutes. When he had didn't have to extend that communication and exceptional service, I would recommend 5 out of 5 10 out a 10
