“Urban Exhale – Asheville, NC Urban Exhale was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. My partner Herb and I each worked with different therapists, and it felt like we were paired perfectly with exactly who we each needed. My therapist was Eric Poage, and I had his Esalen massage, which was incredible—deeply relaxing, intuitive, and grounding. Eric has a calming presence and clearly listens to both the body and the person. Herb worked with Opie Thomas, and his experience was equally positive. It was really meaningful that, as a couple, we could each receive individualized care that suited us so well. “My husband had a business trip in Asheville, so me and another wife decided to hunt down fun things to do in Asheville. We spent the day on our feet and walked miles and miles through the town. Towards the end of the day, we decided to spoil ourselves. I googled spas earlier and found that there was a foot spa near the hotel. It was exactly what we needed to end the day. Needless to say it was a totally amazing experience. The staff was professional, the atmosphere was relaxing, the add-ons like mimosas and chocolate just made it absolutely delightful. “I booked 130 minutes with Vick. Oh my goodness. Speaking from a woman who has 1 - 3 massages a month, Vick performed the best massage I've had in a long time. The felt the tight muscles and adjusted the pressure accordingly. Usually at 100 minutes, I start to wonder when the massage is done. Not today, I actually would have extended the massage longer if his schedule had allowed. Next time I am in Asheville, I will book another massage with Nick.“

“I experienced my first Esalen massage with Sanne and I loved it. I enjoyed a 90 minute session. The facility is clean, quite, peaceful. Easy parking. The meditation room before and after the session is a nice way to transition from the demands of the daily world into a quite, healing space. Sanne was wonderful to receive from. She is skilled at providing the right level of pressure, working with breath, and very mindful with the flow of therapeutic movements throughout. I'm a massage therapist and have received many styles of massage and bodywork and greatly enjoyed my experience at Still Point. I went in with a headache and felt very relaxed & pain free afterwards.“

“Had a very productive session with Grace. Needed serious work done on problem areas - related to circulation and stiffness issues. After 2 hours of deep tissue massaging, I felt much better. Several days later, my pain and flexibility concerns remain greatly mitigated. Although, I am no longer in the ashevile area and unable to do a follow up, the money paid for the temporary fix was well worth it, in my opinion. Would highly recommend this course of therapeutic massage with Grace , as she is very thorough in her line of questioning prior to the massage, her communication during it and subsequent follow up. Generally, my massages provide relief for a day or 36 hours at best. In this case, 4 days later - I can still move easily without pain . Well worth it...“

“I was welcomed into this literal HEAVEN by the beautifully pleasant Kori and Anna. A friend gave me a GC for a one hour Swedish massage so I used it for my birthday. These two ladies are a PERFECT example of hospitality! They made me feel welcomed, calm, and valued the moment I walked in the door. The lobby was clean and smelled amazing. Let's not forget the water! WHEN (not it) you go here they will offer you water. Not just any water! There are flavors like mango cranberry coconut peach.... and they even sell the hydration packets. So wonderful.
