“I was in despair because my iphone was messing up right when I needed it most during the early recovery from hurricane Helene. Most shops that dealt with iphones were closed, but I thought I would tap on their door. Krysten was there cleaning up the shop even though they weren't officially open and she let me cuddle her darling poodle-something pup while she got on the phone with Anuj and he talked her through how to diagnose it. Then he made a special trip to come in and got my phone working like new. They were just amazing! Both kind and skilled. I will definitely go here from now on for all my tech needs. My phone was my lifeline and they understood.”
