My laptop started acting out and I seeked help from this business. It had the best google reviews in town. I met Christopher and his staff and was very impressed with our interactions and their excellent services. I would highly recommend Christopher and his company. Glad Asheville has them!

I purchased a laptop from Christopher and had him help me set it up. He also assisted me when I downloaded some malware. He accessed my computer remotely and had me up and running quickly.I really appreciate his calm attitude!

They were ready to accept my laptop for repair the day I called. After taking my laptop to them, they said they'd call back with a cost and time estimate to repair it, which they did, the same day I took it in. They were very clear about what work was required, and I decided to go ahead with the repairs.They repaired ,my computer within the time frame and cost estimate, and I'm very satisfied with the work they did. My laptop now functions as well as the day I bought it.The customer service was excellent. I had quite a few questions, and they answered all of them clearly. i highly recommend Christopher's Computers!
