Avox provided a detailed quote so there was no ambiguity about what you were going to be provided during the process. Travis is meticulous and has a high standard for his work and it shows (the proof is truly in the floors).Travis is also very knowledgeable and is very helpful in answering questions about hardwoods, finishing, upkeep, etc. He also returned after his work was complete to fix water damage we suffered from a leak in our wet bar area. We truly believe our flooring is probably the best feature of our renovation and highly recommend Avox Craftworks.“
