“My experience with Milan Laser has been wonderful! At the consultation, Kaitlin, the manager was professional, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the process. I received a free treatment at the consultation, and I did not feel pressured into making a decision. I wish I had chosen my chin for the free treatment since it will probably take the longest to get rid of, and it impacts me the most on a daily basis. After my first treatment, I have already noticed a difference in the amount and texture of my hair.

I have PCOS and HS, so my dermatologist recommended laser to me. I have tried everything, and hair removal aggravates my HS. Since PCOS hair growth is hormonal, Milan made the most sense to me. When you purchase a “body part” you own it for life, so if hormonal changes cause regrowth, you are covered!

The nurse who did my first treatment was Sarah, and she is exceptional! I am very self conscious, and she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Sarah was kind, knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. I wanted to request her for the rest of my treatment, but my schedule only allows for one specific day of the week. Sarah changed her schedule to be able to take care of me! I cannot even express how grateful I am to her.

The clinic is clean and the staff is well trained and professional. Laser is expensive, but I feel like it is worth it. I am so glad I chose Milan Laser and to have found Sarah!“
