“I have to say that Dr Abbey and her assistant Cynthia went above and beyond by giving me the gift of a beautiful smile for my son’s wedding that will take place February 2024! I went in for a totally different area of my teeth but expressed my concerns and sadness about my top front teeth looking horrible for my son’s wedding. I just asked if they could throw something onto a couple of my broken teeth that will be extracted later anyway due to severe decay from stomach acid. I wasn’t expecting it to happen but It was worth a shot! When Dr Abbey came in she discussed that she could try filling but if things took a turn for the worst she would have to go ahead & extract the tooth. I agreed and let her know that I understood the consequences but it was worth it to try. She not only changed the course of the appointment but also stayed late past closing to give me the most amazing smile for my son wedding! Both Dr Abbey and her assistant Cynthia went above & beyond my expectations! I only expected that one tooth would be repaired because I knew that later on it would need to be extracted however Dr Abbey fixed 4 of my front teeth and they are stunning! My smile is way better than it’s been in my 50 years of life!
I must say that at my very first visit with Dr Abbey she was very straightforward and I wasn’t sure how I felt about her. My next appointment I started realizing how dedicated she was to give her patients the best possible care, was able to know more about her great personality! She is amazing and wants to give her patients the kind of care that she wants for herself which is huge! I now love her, love her personality and love how much she cares about me!!! She didn’t have to do what she did for me and could have completely dismissed my concerns about my teeth however she didn’t! She gave me a beautiful smile!! I’m now having to practice smiling with teeth because I’ve been hiding them for so long ??
PS I’m a disabled Medicaid patient and my options for fixing my teeth are very limited. So pulling my teeth and getting a partial are my only option. That’s why this was so special to me ❤️“

She even made my dentures! I was difficult and she had so much patience with me! She never got frustrated with me, she just smiles and says there is nothing I can’t fix! When I told her I was leaving a review for her, she said to not leave one for her but for any other staff member that stood out to me!! THAT IS A TRUE LEADER RIGHT THERE! “Most people dislike trips to the dentist, but our family loves Dr. Saunders and the whole staff. They are fast and efficient (I've never waited more than a few mins to be called back), they will help secure a last minute appointment for an emergency, they make it easy to file and deal with insurance, and they are truly friendly and work hard to make you comfortable. While this practice is considered out of network for my current dental insurance, it's worth it to us to stay with the practice even for slightly higher premiums because of such good care“

“I went in because my tooth had chipped. My previous dentist said we would have to pull it, so I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Sullens FIXED MY TOOTH, and in nearly a year, I have had absolutely no problems with it. She also filled three other teeth, and she did a great job, with NO PAIN during the procedures. She was very nice and professional and explained everything she was doing. To be absolutely honest, my dental experience with Dr. Sullens is the BEST I have ever had! Yes, she does handle several patients at a time, but I did not find that offputting at all, because the place runs like clockwork. I found the entire staff very friendly, and they go out of their way to be helpful. When I had questions about my insurance, the front desk person went out of her way to print everything that I could not see in my BCBS dental insurance portal. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Sullens and her entire staff, and for the first time in my life, I do not dread going to the dentist.“
