I'm grateful for Jon's knowledge - he understands how the body works and really listens to help me get back to playing outside as fast as possible. I highly recommend him as a massage therapist - especially for active people!

I can not say emphatically enough how incredible Jon is. This was the best massage I have ever had! He honed in on my problem areas right away. I have had other massages where I wondered if the therapist was ever going to get to the area I described during the intake, but they never really hit it. I got so much releif out of one session! I seriously feel better than I have felt in years. I am going to purchase a package of sessions from him because this NEEDS to be part of my self care going forward. Jon with Active Asheville is a laser-focused practitioner. I had an old shoulder injury that I no longer wanted to live with. After 18 years, i felt significant improvement in mobility, strength, tension release with just 5 sessions. I appreciate Jon's approach. His knowledge, and his pro-active nature helps one to learn more about the body and anatomy. Why settle? You too don't have to live with the pain.
