I am not an easy dental patient. I have a mouth full of work from other dentists all over the US from our many moves, a low tolerance for pain, and a lot of anxiety from previous doctors and dentists. We came to Dr. Kwon about 16 years ago when we moved to Jamestown. He has been a very kind, reassuring dentist for me. He replaced 2 old crowns that had previously always caused sensitivity in the gum surrounding area. Since he replaced them, all the sensitivity has gone away. Andrea, the hygienist is gentle, kind but thorough and careful during my regular cleanings. Recently, Dr. Ben helped when one of my crowns came loose from a Christmas caramel. Dr Kwon is the BEST dentist around.. And so is Ashley, his Dental Assistant.. Sweet as can be.. The new location/building is so nice, modern, spotless and has the best equipment available.. All of the staff from front to back are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful..You’re in the right place if you go there for your dental needs ??

Dr. Kwon and everyone at High Point Smile are excellent!! They have always taken such good care of my dental health even when they know how scared of needles I am. They always put me at ease and make everything as comfortable as possible. I have been going to this establishment since I have moved to Greensboro. They always gone above and beyond!
