He was so patient, kind, gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, and helped in every way he could to get us taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Then Carlos Martinez installed the hot water heater and he was awesome as well! He did an excellent job! I am so thankful for their hard work and willingness to go the extra mile! As of Thursday evening we lost hot water, called them Friday am, and by Saturday we were back up and running! I also applaud the mgmt team for their willingness to work with us on the financial side.
