Life Time Apex is more than a gym - it's an athletic country club. The facility offers an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, and eucalyptus steam rooms. Customers can receive unlimited group training and individualized attention through a Signature Membership. The staff, including friendly guides and enthusiastic employees, provide a welcoming experience. Members can enjoy a variety of fitness activities, such as yoga, Zumba, and use of the sauna. The women's locker room is large, very nice, and clean. The facility also features a pool, hot tub, and a Cafe. With its spacious layout and diverse amenities, Life Time Apex caters to the needs of all its members, making it a comprehensive wellness destination.
Overall, a good fitness center while understanding that many Lifetime's have a lot more amenities such as courts, food, salon, etc. The monthly membership price at this facility is high and might have some issues once another fitness center opens in Apex later this year. I will be checking both facilities out and price will be a factor.
I’ve just started training at this gym, and the biggest drawback I’ve noticed so far is that the water from the drinking fountains is warm. Why isn’t it being cooled? Considering the relatively high membership cost, I would expect at least cold drinking water to be available.
Love this gym! I've been a member for two months and it has been great. Everyone is really nice and helpful, and the classes are so fun and efficient. The women's locker room is huge and very nice and clean. This is my first gym experience and sadly I'll be relocating but now at least I have something to compare my next gym to.
