Edwards Roofing was highly recommended to me a few weeks ago after I had considered someone else. I called, and within a few days Terry Edwards was in my driveway getting measurements in 10 minutes not by crawling around on the roof but by using Google Earth and a computer analysis. After discussing with me the best choice of roof for my house he handed me a formal estimate on the spot. My roof was finished yesterday and I am thrilled. An efficient team arrived at 6:30am, did not leave until dark the first day and finished by noon the second. The sales manager, Ernie, was present off and on and available to me anytime by text or call. One member of the installation team was assigned to clean-up as they went. None of my plants, flowers, decking, or furniture around the house were damaged and everything was carefully put back in place before they left. The yard was meticulously swept for nails with a magnet roller. They even brought my trash can back up from the street after trash pickup. My new roof looks perfect. This is an excellent, very professional roofing company. Thank you all!

Time management is a priority for this office. Minimal waiting times in the main waiting area and in the rooms. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I dont know the lab technicians name, (she has a cool keyboard though),.....She showed me empathy during my labs, which is rare these days. ? ??High fives and ????? gold stars for having great time management and staff that are friendly, supportive , and respectful.
