Transferred my account from Koodo to Telus with a promotional code and decided to get an apple watch as well. I initially spoke with Tara over the phone and she was very helpful! I ended up going in the next day to pay my taxes on the apple watch and have my phone transferred over right away rather than waiting for it in the mail. Tara was absolutely incredible and I know who I'll be dealing with in the future if I have any problems!! Great Job!!!

Want to give a shout out to Chetan. After having a horrendous experience at bell, Chetan stayed late 2 nights in a row to help us get a number back as well as went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. He sold us 3 phones and we are extremely happy with our service. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. I can’t say enough he deserves a raise, a bonus, employee of the month, or whatever can be offered to him!Also wanted to shout out Mike M. who was there the second night of this and he also went above and beyond. I just made the switch to Koodo. I went to the store and was assisted by Eden. I'm really pleased with the service i received . Eden explained everything simply and clearly right off . She made it a pleasurable and easy experience. Highly recommended by me
