I dealt with a gentleman named Afshan. I bought a protective case for my Apple Watch series 11 42 mm. it was the correct case, but it was too big for some reason and didn’t seem to fit well. So the next day I went back and I asked him to help me out. He didn’t have any other colours that matched the rose gold watch in a smaller case so I simply asked for my money back. He offered me store credit, but I didn’t need anything else so I opted to have the return. I just wanted to say that this guy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
