“At first I was very impressed with Dave and his knowledge of our drain problem. The fact that he took the camera down through our sewer system and identified the problem was very appreciative and he did explain the findings. However, I did have to call and remind him to get us the video that he had taken. Dave is also able to do the excavating of jobs, but He was very hesitant with performing that particular part of our job and I understand that. However, a phone call to us stating that he didn't feel comfortable doing it instead of just leaving us hanging for several weeks was very frustrating, we were expecting that he was going to do the job. We could have gotten a hold of the proper people to take care of what we needed in a timely fashion. Luckily we found an excavating company that is going to be able to take care of our issues. Thankfully they weren't completely booked like most businesses are booked up for the season already. Please contact people and let them know that you are not going to do the job so they can move forward finding somebody that can do it.
I will say the service that Dave did provide for us was very professional and he did leave a very clean area after he was done working.“
