We chose Christofferson who was not the lowest quote, but within the ballpark of other quotes and Scott was the only one who took the time to explain exactly what and how Christofferson puts on a new roof. After talk with Scott I felt very confident we were getting the best for the buck. This contractor requires half as a down payment. His crew arrived with in the next few weeks replaced our roof.
