We hosted this group of professionals at of our rental properties with Wrecked & Refined during a time they were installing flooring in Great Falls. When we arrived at the property they had all the laundry and linens folded and placed nicely for our staff. We have been in the hospitality business for over 10 years and we had never had any guests leave the property as cleanly and organized as these professionals. I believe this simple act of professionalism goes way beyond what we experienced. I highly recommend these professionals for any job!

I just called Big Sky asking if they would be interested in bidding for a floor job. They replied this was not their expertise, however, they were extremely helpful in giving me some leads to get a bid. Really appreciated the customer service even though they could not do the work. I was really impressed with their willingness to help.

Kyle and the crew over at Big Sky Installations recently helped me out of a pickle. I called BSI a few weeks back with a short-turn around request due to a move-in at a new house. I wasn't going to have time to get the old floor ripped up and the new floor installed before moving in. These guys went above and beyond and out of their way to help me out. The helped get the materials, showed up early, and got right to work. There was some sub-floor repair that needed done as well as some undercutting around a giant stone fireplace.
