Helena Radon & Testing did my original install. What a mistake! I tried reaching out a couple times recently because the fan was going bad but he never responded. On top of that, while I got the fan replaced by another contractor it was discovered that radon levels were still borderline high. Come to find out hardly any soil was removed below the slab so not much airflow was being pulled out. Helena Radon is also not certified by NRPP or listed on the MT DEQ website as a certified radon provider. So to recap, he’s not certified, does a poor install, and offers zero service after the fact.

Had the best quote we could find, got creative in our problem solving to install a radon system, paid him $550, a guy came 4 different times to our house, and then we never heard from the company again. Zero progress was made in the installation we started paying for and hasn't returned any calls or messages. Completely ghosted our realtor. Lengthened our closing date, which caused other issues. Just pay the extra for others in town and find a different company.

Would not recommend. He came out and gave us an estimate for radon mitigation which was reasonable compared to a couple other estimates. We paid him a $500 deposit to get started. After dragging it out for weeks and pushing back our closing date he ghosted us along with the $500. Do not use this company!
