Did not get back to me regarding an error reading on Thursday of last week. I have a deadline as a realtor and I called him this morning (Monday ) and he said oh yea there was an error reading when I went to see results. He could have called me or texted that day so I could get someone lined up. He said I’m on my way to SLC now. No sorry or nothing ! Unprofessional period

Horrible contractor. I understand being busy. We all are. Had severe radon issues. He came and did a "mitigation" and charged 1200 for it. This wasn't installing vapor barrier or anything, just used what I had. Which was not professionally installed and I told him as much. He ran pvc to raised crawl space, installed a fan and called it a day.I let him know I was still seeing crazy levels (15+ spikes and averages above 7) but he ignored most phone calls, voicemails and emails.Finally he offered around Christmas time last year to come out and attempt swapping the fan for a larger one and charging just parts to come do that and fix his shotty electrical work.That never happened....read full review

Only gave a star so I can review. This guy is not very helpful. His hours indicate that's he's available until 9 pm. This is our first home and first time living with radon. Last night around 7 pm I called to get some questions answered because we believe our system stopped working. I called, left a message, got a text response not a phone call about 1.5 hours later. Then at 9 pm no more responses. I got about 30 minutes to chat. The only thing he told me was he thinks the fan is out and he would charge about 500$ to install a new one. Then at 9 pm no more responses. Then today I texted him saying we were going elsewhere for help and shockingly had a quick response saying...read full review
