I’ve never had to deal with the loss of a parent before, and staff member Jason made it so much easier. I let him know from the get go I had no idea how to do any of this, from the cremation itself to the death certificates, and he worked with me and told me how all of it was gonna go. Jason was very friendly and easy to talk to, and worked with me on payment and pickup, and walked me through to paperwork process. I’m grateful to have had him make this simple for me and my family while we try to deal with my old man’s passing.
I cannot express how much Hannah means to me and my family. We would still be lost today if she wasn’t there to hold our hand. We absolutely adore her, and will love her even well beyond our days- when she’s caring for us! There is NO ONE I trust more as my funeral director than Hannah 🌸
