Not at all happy with the management. Takes too long to get date put on headstone already in place as well as charges much higher than other companies, which I found out after asking Holy Cross to do it. Taking well over a month to get this done instead of a few days that it should. A company out of Great Falls is used instead of a local one and management can’t tell me “when” it will be done. Add that to several other issues and I am very unhappy.
This place is very peaceful to visit. In the five years that I've been visiting a loved one, I haven't really talked to anyone there. But the other day someone came out and talked to me a little bit about who I lost. Eventually, after talking for a minute, she told me I could still purchase a nice headstone for my lost love one! Truly, I'm grateful for this place. And how they care for you.
