Shane was so helpful and kind during such a difficult time. I was bracing myself for the emotional bullying and manipulation I'd always been told were a part of dealing with funeral homes and I was waiting to be pushed into spending more money than I could afford for things I didn't need but nothing could have been further from the truth. Shane was helpful and understanding and he helped me to make the decisions that most closely fit both my preferences and my budget and he never tried to make me feel guilty for not being able to afford more. Shane was thorough and patient and helped me to understand all of my options and my responsibilities and I am very thankful for the nurse that recommended Smith to me. I wholeheartedly recommend them as well.

Funerals are never easy, but Smiths made it easy. No pressure, no sales job. Their mission was to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. They consolidate the payment of outside folks all into 1 total, organized a community and graveside service in a community 4 hours away from the funeral, provided a beautiful memory book, brochure and recommended someone to produce a video tribute for the service. I highly recommend this funeral home and will use them again (although I hope not very soon!)
