“January 1, 2025, HOLIDAY, late in the day we noticed our heat wasn't working!! The next morning at 8 am I called Blackwells and explained that we had no heat. At 10:30 Austin Blackwell showed up and diagnosed our problem. He went back to the office and got a price for parts to fix the issues. Austin called us with the cost for repairs. A coil kit had to be picked up from McComb. A couple hours later Austin showed back up with the parts and 2 other guys to do our repairs. Repairs completed everyone left. Within an hour the unit was continously blowing cold air and not shutting off. I called Blackwells once again. In a little bit, Derek the owner showed up. Followed by Austin Blackwell and another guy. Evidently the low voltage wire hadn't been hooked up. When they left again... we had nice warm heat!! Of course we were shocked at the cost of the repairs... BUT we are so happy with the change in our heating!!! Thank you Blackwell's A/C and Heat.“
