“I called Rick's at 5 pm on Sunday, Labor Day weekend. He was at my home about 7 pm, and apologized for being late. He had been working on another job.It was 80 degrees in my home. He was at my home within 2 hours on a holiday weekend....not late in my book!He determined it was a clogged drain. Fixed it all up. Everything is working.I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing! I insisted on paying him having him come out late on a holiday.When he was leaving, he said if I had any further problems, to call him and he would come right out.Very professional and kind.I highly recommend, and will definitely call him in the future.Thank you so much Rick!Service: A/C system repair“
