I was met by the sweetest and most concerned nurse. Then she handed me off to Nurse Robin. They asked every nosy question I’ve never been asked. They answered every question. They stayed on top of every problem and were kind and honest. More importantly, they were helpful and gave me hope after 6 years of getting by. They did the real bloodwork. Robin actually cares. I felt like I made a dear friend who listened to me to understand, not just to refer me away to get rid of me. I think she has a game plan for me bc she actually heard my problems with both ears. She didn’t “wait to talk”, she literally listened to get information to help me. I think she’s the best choice I’ve made in many years. I can’t wait to scream her name when the healing begins. She’s also a lovely human.

January 1, 2025, HOLIDAY, late in the day we noticed our heat wasn't working!! The next morning at 8 am I called Blackwells and explained that we had no heat. At 10:30 Austin Blackwell showed up and diagnosed our problem. He went back to the office and got a price for parts to fix the issues. Austin called us with the cost for repairs. A coil kit had to be picked up from McComb. A couple hours later Austin showed back up with the parts and 2 other guys to do our repairs. Repairs completed everyone left. Within an hour the unit was continously blowing cold air and not shutting off. I called Blackwells once again. In a little bit, Derek the owner showed up. Followed by Austin Blackwell and another guy. Evidently the low voltage wire hadn't been hooked up. When they left again... we had nice warm heat!! Of course we were shocked at the cost of the repairs... BUT we are so happy with the change in our heating!!! Thank you Blackwell's A/C and Heat.
Down home country service. Very friendly and professional. Made me feel at home and did a wife approved haircut. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this barbershop!!
