January 1, 2025, HOLIDAY, late in the day we noticed our heat wasn't working!! The next morning at 8 am I called Blackwells and explained that we had no heat. At 10:30 Austin Blackwell showed up and diagnosed our problem. He went back to the office and got a price for parts to fix the issues. Austin called us with the cost for repairs. A coil kit had to be picked up from McComb. A couple hours later Austin showed back up with the parts and 2 other guys to do our repairs. Repairs completed everyone left. Expensive! But totally professional. Really knew what they were doing, parts on hand, finished with diagnosis and repair in less than 30 minutes! If you need excellent service by real professionals, Blackwell's!!! PS. I am a veteran and former electronics tech in the USMC
