The lady at the front desk was amazing!! However, the lady that handles the eye machines before going back to the Dr wasn’t as professional as she should have been. She couldn’t seem to put her phone down from texting during my 3-5 min time with being with her. Also when I walked into the room she told me to have a seat but I was not greeted. Therefore I greeted her in hopes that she would become just a little bit more professional but she proceeded to tell me which machine to place my eyes next while texting. The Dr. was nice swift and quick. The lady next door helped me find the perfect glasses for me.
Evani is soooo sweet and patient!! From the first day I went for my appointment until today, needing a prescription request, Evani was very reassuring and attentive!! Highly recommend!
The staff was very cooperative they greeted you they answered all the questions that the doctor were very nice and polite and everything was just wonderful it's the best service ever and I've always been a patient there and it's always been excellent and I always give them a five ⭐.
