“I hate to say it but the old lady at the front desk is horribly rude & looks & acts like she should go ahead & do us all a favor and retire. I’ve never in my life seen anything quite like her. Besides her, Everyone that worked there was kind & professional. It was my first time taking a pet there but not sure if I’ll go back cause that old lady was the worst & at her age, I’m almost positive I’m not the only person who she’s treated like a POS & I bet I’m not the first to complain about her either. I was scared to leave my pet there. Thats how dang mean that woman is. The rest of the staff & the vet are good. So good that I’m giving 4 stars. Their 1 problem is the 1st person you see when you get there.”

“My cattle dog was having problems and I called Family Pet Hospital this morning. They were very friendly and professional and I was able to bring her in that morning.
The first tech who saw my dog immediately thought it was a snake bite. The doctor confirmed it. And they gave me medicine for her. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. My dog was seen almost immediately and I was in and out in record time.
The place was clean and organized and had pill pockets available (which I needed).
I highly recommend them!!!”
